Bob Lane is a communicating, guiding leader. Bob leads the team and focuses on working with sellers, helping them get the best price for their properties.  He also serves our clients by teaching educational workshops on Home Selling, Buying and other topics.  For current class schedule, see link at left.

In His Words: One reason I entered the real estate business is because I love helping people move forward to reach their goals. In fact, my life mission statement is “To Impact and Improve the Lives of Others.” Real Estate fits perfectly. Our clients find that we really do care how things turn out for them. Of course, getting the best financial deal is critical. But, achieving real estate goals is about much more than the just the money. We go to great lengths to guide our clients through the process, educating them along the way, and ensuring they end up with an overall “win” outcome.

Dana Raines is a caring, educating guide. Dana is a buyer specialist, and her knowledge of the current buying market climate, neighborhoods, and schools is exhaustive. Dana is exceptionally skilled at listening and serves our client by paying attention to their verbal and non-verbal expressions of what they are looking for in their next home. She is a master at matching buyers to the perfect home. She also is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and is able to help our newly retired and elderly clients with a variety of services.

Bob lives in the Willow Glen area of San Jose, California. He has previously lived in Menlo Park, Mountain View & Sunnyvale…as well as Chicago, Kansas, Georgia, Boston, and Germany.

Dana Raines: B.A. in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
